This biulding is one of the first in Frontignano, when this town did not have any ski tracks. It has been as shelter for CAI (Italian Alpine Club of Macerata) of modest dimensions, simple and nice architecture. It has also been widened and adapted during the years. The building is placed to 1340 meters of altitude and it is found less than 500 meters from the lifts. Currently the building is constituted by:

• ground floor;
• first floor;
• an attic;
• a surrounding external area.

The surface at the ground floor is approximately 400 square meters, the first floor is approximately 320 square meters and the attic is approximately 65 square meters. The building is surrounded by approximately 2000 square meters destinated to a parking and a green area.

These pictures has been taken before the 2016 earthquake. At the moment the hotel is unusable.
